According to the Panchang, Chaturdashi Tithi of Krishna Paksha will start on 18th November at 7:12 am and will end on the next day i.e. 19th November at 9:43 am. For this reason, worship and fasting will be done on the night of 18th November during Nishita period, because this time is considered the most auspicious for Shiva worship.
