Law enforcement authorities are investigating new sexual assault allegations made against Sean “Diddy” Combs. The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department Special Victims Bureau is heading the inquiry into the recent accusations.

A spokesperson from the Largo Police Department in Florida cited to ABC News that local authorities were supporting the East Los Angeles Sheriff’s Office in the investigation, but were not looking into the reported offenses independently.

Alleged Victim Comes Forward

The report was filed in September, from a man who states that Combs sexually assaulted him in 2020. The reported victim identified himself as music producer Jonathan Hay in social media uplands that have since been removed. He also cited that he was one of the John Does who filed a civil case against Combs in July.

Details of the Alleged Assault

As per the police report, Combs stimulated himself in front of Hay before asking him to “finish him off”. Hay mentioned to police that he did not react to the disgraced rapper as he was in shock. He states that Combs then tossed a semen-stained shirt at him.

Another reported incident, explained in the report, happened in March 2021. Hay stated CJ Wallace, the son of late rapper Christopher Wallace, aka Notorious B.I.G., took him to a place where two other men put an item in his head. Combs then reportedly entered the room and compelled his penis into Hay’s mouth several times.

Hay has supplied Largo cops with images and clips showing he had been working with Wallace prior being introduced to Combs.

Wallace Denies Allegations

Wallace has since filed a counterclaim against Hay, dismissing the allegations. He named the accusations as “wildly false and defamatory”, stating they were part of a “calculated smear campaign”, targeted at harming his personal and professional image. Wallace’s complaint demands a jury trial and seeks both compensatory and punitive damages.

Previous Convictions

Combs was convicted in July on two counts of transporting people to engage in prostitution, following the hosting drug-fuelled parties called “freak-offs” and committing violent abuse against ex-partner Cassie Ventura. Information regarding the assaults and parties were disclosed in October as Judge Arun Subramanian handed down his sentence.

Combs’ Court Apology

Before sentencing, Combs made a 12-minute speech, apologizing directly to Ventura. While sobbing, he addressed the disturbing clip of him beating her in a hotel hallway:

“I know that the disgusting video triggered people. I was sick,” he stated.
“Sick from the drugs. I needed help. But I didn’t get the help.
The prosecution wants you to make an example of me. I want you to make an example of what a person can do if they get another chance and if you give me another chance I will not let you down,” he begged.

Judge Subramanian said to the court that “not assured” that Combs would stop his offenses if released.
