Aloo Matar Ki Sabzi: A Popular Winter Dish

Aloo matar ki sabzi is a common favorite in every household in winters. Many times, people start feeling bored after eating this. When there is less time to prepare lunch, Aloo Matar Ki Sabzi is the first thing that comes to mind. Making it is also very simple. People prepare it in their own way. Aloo matar sabzi can be best served with roti, paratha, dal-rice or puri. If you have pre-boiled potatoes, this process becomes even easier. Method of making potato pea curry

– First of all, peel the boiled potatoes.

– If you want to prepare vegetables quickly, then boil peas also.

– Cut the potatoes from the middle and fry them in oil until they turn golden brown.

Then, add 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan and heat it.

When the oil becomes hot, add cumin, celery and a pinch of asafoetida and fry.

After this, add onion, green chilli and finely chopped ginger.

– Keep stirring for 2-3 minutes and fry until everything turns golden.

Now add potatoes and green peas, add salt as per taste and cover.

– After 5 minutes, add vegetable masala and turmeric powder.

Once the peas are cooked, add black pepper powder on top and cook for 5 more minutes.

– Finally, add green coriander and turn off the gas.

– Serve it with hot puri.
