Asia Cup Rising Stars 2025: The Indian team has confirmed its place in the semi-finals of the Asia Cup Rising Stars being played in Doha. The last group match against Oman was a do-or-die affair for India, in which the Indian players performed strongly and led the team to the next round by winning by 6 wickets.
After the defeat to Pakistan, India A saw a strong comeback and now the team is two steps away from the title. Fans are hoping that the juniors also wave their flag for the senior team.

In the match played at West End Park International Cricket Stadium, India A won the toss and invited Oman to bat first. Oman performed well in batting and scored 135/7 in 20 overs. Only two batsmen made significant contributions for Oman, the others flopped.
Captain Hammad Mirza, who came to open, played a brilliant inning of 32 runs in 16 balls at a strike rate of 200, which included three fours and two sixes. Whereas, Wasim Ali played an unbeaten inning of 54 runs in 45 balls with the help of five fours and one six. For India A, Gurjapneet Singh and Suyyash Sharma took the maximum of two wickets each.
Chasing the target of 136, India A had a bad start and Priyansh Arya, who was struggling so far in the tournament, once again proved to be a flop and was out as the first wicket at the score of 17 after scoring 10 runs. Vaibhav Suryavanshi's bat also remained silent and he batted slowly and scored only 12 runs in 13 balls with the help of two fours.
Naman Dhir, who came at number 3, tried to increase the pace of runs and batted aggressively and scored 30 runs in 19 balls at a strike rate of 157.89, which included two fours and two sixes. Nehal Wadhera also scored 23 runs in 24 balls. Amidst all this, Harsh Dubey shone and played a tremendous innings, remaining unbeaten and scoring 53 runs in 44 balls, taking his team to the target.
Captain Jitesh Sharma played only one ball but he hit a four. In this way, India A won the match by scoring 138/4 in 17.5 overs.
The group stage matches of Asia Cup Rising Star will end from today and after this the complete picture of the semi-finals will be clear. The semi-final matches are to be played on Friday, November 21, in which Pakistan A and India A have made it from Group B.
In the group stage, India A has secured second position with 4 points. For this reason, its semi-final match will be against the team topping Group A. Whereas, Pakistan A has topped Group B with 6 points. For this reason, it will compete with the second placed team of Group A.
India A beat Oman by 6 wickets.
India A has to play the semi-final match on 21 November.
