Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been savaged by a Hollywood journalist and magazine editor, who said that "they're pariahs" and are in a "sad" predicament in the US, after a series of professional failures. Tina Brown, former editor-in-chief of Tatler and Vanity Fair and also the late Princess Diana's biographer, said the majority of the Sussex failures are due to Meghan's poor judgment.
The latest backlash involving the couple came last week when they were spotted at Kris Jenner's glitzy birthday bash in Hollywood, with the Kardashians uploading pictures of them having a jolly time while the Royal Family marked Remembrance, which were later deleted. Ms Brown, speaking to the New York Times, said: "I have never seen anybody in professional life make as many mistakes as Meghan has. And unfortunately, Harry is not the brightest bulb.
"'He [Prince Harry] thought that Meghan would be his guide in the big wide world beyond Buckingham Palace, and it turns out that Meghan makes one terrible professional decision after another. And now they are sort of pariahs everywhere, it seems, which is a very difficult situation for them because America was supposed to be the place which paid the bills."
