According to Dimsum Dailyphotos and videos shared online capture the couple exchanging vows against the dramatic alpine backdrop on Nov. 16. Songsombat walked down the aisle on her parents’ arms in a white gown, while members of the Fok family were seated prominently in the front row.

Due to the high-altitude location, some guests were seen using oxygen canisters. The celebrations continued into the evening, when the bride changed into a fitted white evening dress for a lively party.

Jeremy proposed to Songsombat in May 2023, with the latter sharing an Instagram photo of him kneeling with a ring aboard a boat. Timothy had earlier confirmed his son’s marriage to local media, expressing his happiness for the couple.

At 37, Jeremy is the youngest of three sons born to Timothy and his former wife, Miss Hong Kong 1977 Loletta Chu, alongside siblings Kenneth and Eric. He graduated from University of London and currently serves as managing director at Henry Fok Ying Tung Group Company Limited, a conglomerate founded by his grandfather Henry Fok.

The group manages over 100 subsidiaries across Hong Kong, Macau, mainland China, and overseas, with investments spanning real estate, infrastructure, finance, transportation, cargo terminals, hospitality, and tourism, according to the Hong Kong Trade Development Council.

When Henry passed away in 2006, Forbes estimated his net worth at US$3.7 billion, ranking him as the seventh-richest person in Hong Kong and the 181st-richest globally.

Songsombat graduated from New York’s Pratt Institute with a degree in interior design. She has since built a career with leading architecture and design firms in New York and Hong Kong. Reports suggest she comes from a family with strong architectural ties, with Sukatouch Songsombat, co-founder of Thai design studio SSAA, believed to be a relative.
