New Delhi:Vivo is going to make a splash in its premium smartphone segment. The company will launch Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro smartphones in India on December 2. The prices of both the phones have been leaked even before the launch, after which they have become a topic of discussion. According to reports, the X300 and X300 Pro may be more expensive than their segment rivals OnePlus 15 and Oppo Find X9 series.
In terms of photography and performance, both these models will stand in the premium flagship segment. The leaked prices show that Vivo wants to give super-premium positioning to this series.
According to tipster Abhishek Yadav, the price of the base model of Vivo X300 in India can be Rs 75,999. This will be for 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. Other than this:-
Price of 12GB + 512GB variant Rs 81,999
Price of 16GB + 512GB variant Rs 85,999
With this pricing, Vivo X300 will be costlier than all the smartphones in its segment and will create a strong position in the flagship price category.
Vivo X300 Pro can be launched in India for Rs 1,09,999. It will be available in only one variant (16GB + 512GB), just like Oppo Find X9 Pro. It is clear from this pricing that Vivo is presenting this series at ultra-flagship level.
Interestingly, earlier in the leak by tipster Sanju Chaudhary, the price of Vivo X300 was said to be Rs 74,999. The newly leaked price being even higher makes it clear that the company is giving super-premium positioning to this series.
Vivo has confirmed that the Telephoto Extender Kit for the X300 series will be available in India. According to reports, its price can be Rs 20,999. It comes with a Zeiss 2.35x teleconverter lens, which increases the optical zoom without quality loss. With NFC support, Teleconverter Mode is auto activated in the camera app.
Through this feature, mobile photography can be taken to professional level.
