Angry Ginge, real name Morgan Burtwistle, has taken the I'm A Celebrity jungle by storm, showcasing his unique sense of humour and gaining new fans up and down the country. The Salford-born 23-year-old gained fame by streaming games on Twitch and creating content on YouTube, primarily targeting Gen-Z audiences. But now he's on the ITV show, he's capturing the hearts of others, too.

From the first episode, the content creator and pal Aitch were making people chuckle, and it seems like they're here to stay for a while. But while Angry Ginge may have found fame now, his beginnings were much more humble.

Going back to "the room where it all started," he showed where he used to live - and people were gobsmacked that he was such a normal guy.

"There is no door handle," he laughed, as he showed that you had to pull the door physically from the side to get in and out of the room.

Warning: The video below contains strong language that some viewers may find offensive.

He showed the peeling, mouldy wallpaper along the ceiling, saying: "I mean, just f****** look at it".

Ginge then showed the "soundproofing" that had been installed so he'd be able to stream without any noise interference. However, he said it did "absolutely f*** all" as it was just a bit of cardboard and foam stuck onto the wall.

"Here is the window that the neighbour knocked on because I was being too loud at five o'clock," he said, as he panned to the upstairs window.

Then he just showed the "actual room" with a grimy floor, which looked like it was decked out in blue patterned linoleum, rather than carpet.

Angry Ginge also shared that there used to be a bed in there, which shocked people as the room was so small. The room also seemed to have many stains on the walls.

"This is a throwback," he reminisced, captioning the video: "The memories," as this is where it all began for Ginge.

In the comments, someone said: "From there to millions in the bank. Amazing".

Others praised how many deals he'd done thanks to his humble beginnings and working really hard, saying that he was an "inspiration" and that he seemed "sweet".

A fan said: "OG's know where it all started," saying that they'd liked Ginge from the start, and some even said it looked "worse than the jungle".

Somebody joked that the door looked as though it had "f****** wallpaper on it".

"Surely you didn't live like that full-time?" a concerned TikTok user asked him. Someone replied saying that he "had to shower daily in a gym".

"How much did you pay to live there?" a man asked, with someone saying he'd said £350 on a podcast. Some reckoned he was overcharged, though.
