A disturbing incident at a Miami dance studio has gone viral after a man was caught on video sniffing the seat where an underage girl had been sitting moments earlier, reported TMZ. The footage, widely shared across social media, shows the man before leaning in toward the cushion soon after the young girl walks away.



Miami Springs Police Chief Matthew Castillo told TMZ that a dance studio owner contacted authorities Tuesday night to report the 'disturbing' incident as the business was closing. According to TMZ, Castillo said officers reviewed the footage and agreed the man’s behavior appeared 'strange'. Their investigation quickly led to identifying him, and police are now working with prosecutors to determine whether charges are appropriate.

According to police, who are now aware of the man’s location, the girl had just finished a dance lesson and was leaving the studio when the man entered briefly and sniffed the cushion she had been sitting on.

Viewers online have expressed shock and concern, calling the behavior inappropriate and unsettling, with many urging for stricter safety measures and monitoring inside practice spaces.
