Homebase has brought back a huge range to more than 250 UK stores just in time for Christmas.

The DIY and garden retailer is bringing the festive season to shoppers early with the return of real Christmas trees inside hundreds of its 'Garden Centres by Homebase' locations, based inside The Range stores. The retailer said customers who previously relied on their local Homebase to deck their halls with a real tree each Christmas can now continue to do so as its stock has now landed in stores. The new range comes after Homebase collapsed into administration in November last year, blaming a decline in consumer confidence and spending post-pandemic, but later struck a deal with retail groups CDS, which owns The Range, to save some stores.

Homebase now boasts more than 250 garden centres inside The Range stores across the UK and the Republic of Ireland, giving shoppers plenty of options to pick up their Christmas tree this year.

Shoppers have three different real Christmas tree varieties to choose from, including Norman Fir Fir, Fraser Fir and Noble Fir, as part of the brand new range for 2025.

Homebase said its real Christmas trees are all premium grade and sustainably homegrown in the UK, and have been hand selected for superior shape, colour and festive scent, adding that its tree varieties "are grown to last longer".

Announcing the arrival of the new festive stock, Homebase said in a post on Facebook: "Oh Christmas Tree, oh Christmas Tree... you're finally HERE!
