Speaking about the integrated senior living component, he said: India is experiencing a historic demographic transition. About 14-15 crore Indians—10.4% of the population—are now above 60 years of age. This senior citizen community is larger than Russia and almost equal to Japan. It is a nation within a nation, and it signals an urgent need for high-quality, active senior living environments. In Olympia, old age does not mean retreat; It means being immersed in celebrations, family rituals and everyday joys.
