There was a stir in Surat city of Gujarat when a young physiotherapist doctor committed suicide by jumping from the ninth floor of a cafe. The name of the deceased is Radhika Kotadiya. She worked in a renowned private hospital in the city and the most surprising thing was that she was going to get engaged in January!
According to the police, Radhika had reached the cafe alone that day. It is clearly visible in the CCTV footage that she remained there for about 20-25 minutes. Then suddenly she went towards the balcony and jumped down from the 9th floor. After the incident, police and ambulance reached the spot and took him to the hospital, but by then it was too late.
What has come to light in the preliminary investigation is heart-wrenching. Police have come to know that Radhika had a huge fight with her fiance over the phone over some issue. Due to this mental stress, she was very distressed. The police are now deeply investigating the details of the relationship and their mental health condition. The fiance is also being interrogated.
The family members are still in shock and are unable to believe that the girl whose ring ceremony was to take place after a few days is no more.
