Sarah Ferguson is bound to "cause trouble" if she ends up giving a bombshell interview following her recent fall from grace, a royal expert has claimed. The former Duchess of York has found herself with no title, no home or career future after new details of her relationship with convicted paedophile, Jeffrey Epstein, emerged.
Fergie will soon be leaving Royal Lodge, which she has called home since 2008, with her future plan still unknown. Reports have recently claimed that Ms Ferguson has been swamped with offers from TV networks in the UK and across the pond, and is considering whether to give a bombshell interview to tell her side of the story.
Now, a royal expert has blasted the former Duchess and said that she is "bad news" for the Royal Family, with or without her title.
Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams told the Express: "She is bad news and what she said might not be believed, but it [a potential TV interview] really would cause trouble.
"These are just rumours, of course. There is little doubt that if Sarah Ferguson consented to some sort of kiss-and-tell interview, there would be plenty of takers and they would pay her substantial sums.
"Also, if the interviews given by Andrew Lownie, author of Entitled: The rise and fall of the House of York, are anything to go by, a large amount is yet to be revealed, which could prove extremely embarrassing to her.
"We will doubtless discover soon, she was a disaster as a working royal and is totally shameless."
Fergie's latest children's book was also shelved amid the Epstein scandal, and several charities severed ties with her.
Royal commentator Hilary Fordwich recently told Fox News: "This is yet another indication that she is now considered a toxic brand.
"Charities have dropped her, and friends are distancing themselves. She has a bleak future in England."
