The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the scorecard for the Customer Service Associate (CSA) or Clerk preliminary exam. The window for downloading the scorecards will be open from November 25th to December 2nd, 2025. This scorecard is also important because when IBPS declared the results of the CRP-CSA-XV preliminary exam on November 20, 2025, candidates were only able to see whether they had passed or not.
