 Apple:On December 11 is scheduled to establish its fifth official retail location in India at the DLF Mall of India in Noida. The top tech business will open its third shop in 2025, marking the company’s quickest retail growth phase in the nation to date. In order to increase its physical presence, the multinational software giant plans to construct a second location in Mumbai the following year.

According to Deirdre O’Brien, Senior Vice President of Retail and People at Apple, the corporation has a strong commitment to India. “For Apple retail in India, this year has been historic. We’re excited to engage with even more communities with Apple Noida,” she said.

expanding presence as a result of growing demand for iPhones
Since Apple is now producing all of its iPhone 17 models including the Air series in India, the expansion coincides with the noted demand for the iPhone 17 range and marks a significant milestone. The business goes on to say that it is a reflection of both the expanding clientele and the strengthening relationship with the nation.

Apple has increased the range of services it offers in addition to retail; most recently, it launched AppleCare+ with Theft & Loss for the newest iPhones.

Excellent results at the Indian shops
Apple’s first two shops, located in Delhi Saket and Mumbai BKC, debuted in April 2023 and allegedly made over Rs 800 crore in their first year, making them among of the company’s best-performing locations globally. The demand at official shops is not decreasing, even with a robust network of high-end resellers and internet partners.

Phases of expansion that follow: Tier-2 and Tier-3 India
Analysts predict that Apple’s sales in India will continue to expand by double digits in FY26 and FY27. With a 28 percent value share, the brand tops the premium market and is now one of the top five smartphone manufacturers by volume.
