In today’s rapidly changing lifestyle, digestive problems are increasing rapidly. Especially acidity and bloating, i.e. sudden swelling of the stomach like a balloon, have become a common problem. The digestive system becomes unbalanced due to wrong eating habits, stress, eating late at night, excessive consumption of fried foods and lack of water. Experts say that the solution to these problems lies not only in medicines, but also in some special fruits, which are effective in giving immediate relief to the stomach.

First of all let’s talk about papaya. Papaya is a fruit in which an enzyme called papain is found. This enzyme helps in digesting food easily and controls the gas formation in the stomach. According to experts, eating papaya regularly not only provides relief from acidity but also reduces the problem of flatulence to a great extent. This fruit is also rich in fiber, which helps in keeping the digestive system smooth.

After this comes banana, which has been described in Ayurveda as a natural remedy for stomach problems. Banana coats the stomach membrane and reduces acidity instantly. The potassium present in it helps in maintaining electrolyte balance in the body, which reduces the symptoms of acidity significantly. People suffering from bloating problem are advised to start the day with banana on an empty stomach.

Apple is also considered very beneficial in the problem of acidity and gas. The pectin fiber present in apple improves digestion and helps in quick removal of gas accumulated in the intestines. Apple strengthens the digestive system of the body and calms the burning sensation in the stomach. Eating an apple, especially in the morning or evening, has been shown to significantly improve bloating.

Pineapple is also considered an effective fruit in the problem of gas and flatulence. An enzyme called bromelain is found in it, which helps in digesting proteins and reduces stomach inflammation. According to experts, consuming a small amount of pineapple after meals can reduce the problem of gas and indigestion within minutes.

Kiwi also acts as a superfood in problems to digestion. Kiwi contains an enzyme called actinidin, which helps in breaking down and digesting food faster. This fruit provides relief from both constipation and gas and makes the stomach feel light.

Along with these fruits, experts also recommend that to avoid the problem of bloating, it is very important to eat slowly, stay away from carbonated drinks, drink more water and not eat heavy food at night. Eating while standing or hastily causes more air to enter the stomach, which increases the problem of bloating.

Sleeping with the heater on in winter, this problem can arise as soon as you wake up in the morning.
