Materials:

  • Kulith flour
  • Turmeric
  • Red chillies
  • salt
  • Onion
  • Coriander
  • Green chillies
  • Kokum Agal
  • Oil
  • Kiss of wet coconut

Action:

  • To make Chilli Fry made with Kulith batter, rinse the long green chillies with water. After that remove the seeds and chop the chili vertically.
  • In a large bowl, mix flour, salt to taste, finely chopped coriander, onion and warm everything.
  • Then add red chillies, malvani chillies, coriander cumin powder, wet coconut flakes and a little water to make a thick mixture.
  • Add the prepared mixture to the chopped chillies and leave it on the hot oil in the pan.
  • Once the chilies are roasted well on both sides, remove and serve.
