Music composer Palash Muchhal and cricketer Smriti Mandhana were supposed to get married on November 24. However just on the day of the wedding Mandhanas father was rushed to the hospital following complaints of chest pain. Even a day later Palash was also taken to the hospital after health complaints. Widespread speculation and rumours suggested that Palash had cheated on Smriti with the dance choreographer. Now the event management company which took responsibility for managing the duos wedding shared a cryptic note on Instagram which is going viral. It read “We dont cross the finish line in every match of life that we play but its always the sportsman spirit that counts. Our team played hard with joy & pride and they all certainly deserve a mention! Palashs sister Palak also took to Instagram Stories and shared a message which read “Due to Smritis fathers health Smriti and Palashs wedding has been put on hold. We would request you all to respect the privacy of the families during this sensitive time.” Meanwhile Smriti Mandhana deleted all photos and videos from her engagement and pre-wedding celebrations from her Instagram account.
