Mooli Patte Recipe: Winter season is going on, it is very important to take proper care of health in this season. Among vegetables, everyone likes to consume radish, spinach, soya fenugreek and bathua saag. Radish is also the most special vegetable in it. We often eat radish but throw away its remaining leaves, but their leaves have many properties. You can make vegetable i.e. greens from radish leaves. Not only is it easy to make but its taste is so delicious that people of every age group can eat it. Let us know how to make it.

Know how to make vegetable from radish leaves

what materials are needed

  • 5 radish leaves
  • half bunch spinach
  • half cup water
  • 2 green chillies
  • 3 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 small onions chopped
  • 6-7 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 large tomato chopped
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2
  • tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp pav bhaji masala or garam masala
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1.5 cups water to thicken
  • 1 tbsp ghee for tempering
  • 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli for tempering

Know how to make radish leaf curry

  • First of all, wash radish leaves and spinach thoroughly.
  • After this, boil it with spinach in boiling water for 2 minutes.
  • After this, take it out and soak it quickly in ice water. After this, grind it with some water and green chillies and make a paste.
  • Now heat mustard oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and temper it.
  • After this, add onion and garlic, after frying, add tomatoes and spices and stir until cooked.
  • Then add gram flour and mix well. Add some water and mix again.
  • Add radish paste to it and mix well. Also add water to adjust the consistency.
  • Then do not cover it, because it loses its color. Finally add some pav bhaji masala or garam masala and mix.
  • After this, before serving, apply tempering of ghee, chopped garlic and Kashmiri red chilli powder.
