The journey of Bigg Boss 19 has come to an end, and this season provided an exciting finale to the viewers. Gaurav Khanna won this season’s trophy, while Farhana Bhatt was the runner up. After the finale, a new discussion started regarding Farhana’s name, in which it was said that she is to Bhaskar Bhatt, former creative director of Endemol. Now, after coming out of the show, Farhana has spoken openly on this issue for the first time and dismissed these rumors outright.
Farhana said in an interview to a media channel that she does not understand how people think such things. He clarified that Bhaskar is a very good friend of his, and he had met him only once or twice before the show. Farhana also said that the rumors spread on social media are completely absurd and she is hearing about these allegations for the first time. According to him, there is no personal relationship between Bhaskar and him.
Farhana told that she did not know Bhaskar well enough to save his number in her phone. She said that two years ago Bhaskar had called her for the show, but at that time she was busy with some other project. Farhana said that she had saved Bhaskar’s number with the name ‘Bigg Boss’ because she did not even know his name. This year when the producers called again, she gave an interview and got selected in the show on her own.
These rumors started with a Reddit post, which claimed that Farhana has close ties to the show’s production team. The post shared old interview clips and screenshots of social media posts which said that Endemol Shine India promoted Farhana. Some users also alleged that Farhana’s PR team was sending her information from outside the house to influence her votes. Based on these claims, fans even said on social media that there could be bias in the voting pattern.
Responding to these allegations, Farhana said that she was surprised to hear how easily people doubt someone. He said that it is difficult to believe knowing that people can think so far. Farhana said that there is no truth in this and she has full faith in her hard work and the support of her fans.
