In today's time, self-care is not just about taking care of the physical features or maintaining the body. It's also about taking time for oneself, doing things that make people feel peaceful and happy with themselves. It encourages people to spend time with their loved ones who actually care about their well-being. It helps people to prevent the feeling of being exhausted or drained just for the sake of overdoing things for others.

Without setting up boundaries, people feel the need to always be available for others and do things that they feel obligated to do. People feel very anxious to say no to many things, and because of that, they get overloaded with emotions, which can cause a breakdown of mental health as well.
