Tibetan Snack Laughing: In today’s times, whenever there is talk of snacks, people think of laughing, not eating samosa, tikki, batashe, chaat. The craze for Tibetan and Nepali food is increasing among youngsters. Now youngsters prefer to eat fast food instead of normal foods. Laughing is a dish whose taste is quite different and people eat it very fondly. But the laughing stock available in the market is unhealthy because a lot of flour and oil is used in it. Laughing Sheet Making Supplies
Flour – 1 cup
Turmeric
Water – 2 cups
Salt – 1 pinch
To prepare the stuffing
Soya sauce – 1 tablespoon
Wai-Wai Noodles
Finely crushed red chilli – 1 tsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Sesame seeds – 1 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Chaat masala – ½ tsp
Black salt – ½ tsp
Method of preparation
step 1
To make laughing sheet, first take flour and add some salt and turmeric to it and prepare a thin solution by adding water.
Step 2
Now pour this solution in a non-stick pan and prepare a thin layer. You can also prepare it in a plate. For this, pour batter in the plate and keep it in the steamer. Then cover the steamer and cook for 1-2 minutes. Now let it cool like this for a while.
Step 3
To prepare its stuffing, add soya sauce, red chilli powder, garlic paste, vinegar, chaat masala, black salt in a bowl and mix it.
Step 4
To prepare laughing roll, place the laughing sheet on a chopping board and spread the masala on it. After completely applying the masala, place the Wai-Wai noodles in it and then roll the laughing. Now cut it into small pieces and serve.
