Shares of the company which delivered a return of approximately 95 per cent in six months were trading down 4.99 per cent or Rs 2.62 at Rs 49.91 at the time of writing this news. Last Saturday the company said in its latest exchange filing that its board of directors will meet on Wednesday December 17 2025. This meeting will primarily consider and discuss proposals related to the acquisition of a company or business in India or abroad. In the filing the company also stated that decisions may be taken on other important matters with the chairmans approval. According to BSE Analytics the stock has fallen more than 5 per cent in the past week and more than 7 per cent in the past month. Meanwhile it has gained 15 per cent in the past three months. The stock has delivered a 95 per cent return nearly doubling investors money in just six months. On a YTD basis the stock has given a multibagger return of 422 per cent so far in the year 2025. On a yearly basis the stock has gained over 750 per cent in the last 1 year over 827 per cent in the last 2 years and over 4165 per cent in the last 5 years. The company holds exclusive franchise rights for international brands such as Buffalo Wild Wings Wing Zone eTouch and TekSoft. In addition it also owns domestic brands such as Blaze Kebabs Xora Salud and Sunburn. According to the information received from the companys website the company is rapidly expanding at the global level through its quality and innovation. Earlier equity benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty declined in early trade on Monday in tandem with a weak trend in global markets and persistent foreign fund outflows. Also uncertainty over an India-US trade deal weighed on investors sentiment analysts said. The 30-share BSE Sensex declined 384.39 points to 84883.27 in early trade. The 50-share NSE Nifty edged lower by 122.9 points to 25924.05.
