Tata Motors has now opened bookings for the new 2025 Tata Sierra. The marque which saw its last outing in the Indian market several years ago is all set to make a comeback to the country with retro-inspired cues and modern styling cutting-edge features and a versatile powertrain range. Bookings for the new Sierra will open through December 16 2025 and customers can book the new Tata SUV online through Tata Motors’ website as well as via authorised dealers. A token booking amount of ₹21000 has been set to allow potential buyers to reserve their preferred variant. First deliveries are expected to be offered to the buyers in the higher trims in the initial period with the lower trims being phased in shortly thereafter. Waiting time is also expected to vary on the basis of variant engine colour and region. On the whole 2025 Sierra is offered with a wide range of variants from Smart+ to Accomplished+ starting at an ex-showroom price of ₹11.49 lakh and stretching up to ₹21.29 lakh. Smart+ - The base variant will start at a price of approximately ₹11.49 lakh. As the name suggests it will be stripped of frills and will carry the most basic specification. Pure & Pure+ - Mid-trim offering in the range with additional kit and comfort features. Prices are expected to hover around ₹12.99 lakh for the PHEV and ₹17.49 lakh for the 1.2-litre turbo petrol+ mild hybrid version in manual and ₹18.49 lakh for the 1.2-litre turbo petrol+ mild hybrid version in AMT. Adventure & Adventure+ - The variants in the mid-trim spectrum with a slightly rugged edge along with more creature comforts in its cabins. It will be priced between ₹15.29 lakh to ₹18.49 lakh. Accomplished & Accomplished+ - The top variant in the lineup with the best features and optional powertrain variants reaching as high as ₹21.29 lakh. The Tata Sierra comes with different engine and gearbox options. Buyers can choose from petrol or diesel engines including regular petrol and turbo petrol. Based on the variant it is available with manual automatic or dual-clutch transmission options. The 2025 Tata Sierra retains much of the original’s DNA with its boxy body and retro cues. But the new version comes with several contemporary design elements including LED DRLs a crisp cabin layout and a host of premium-fare interior tech features. Expect features like a panoramic sunroof high-end infotainment system and a comprehensive suite of safety equipment to help the new Tata Sierra stand up to rivals.
