Learn the right way to eat food from Baba Ramdev
Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev remains very fit and healthy even at the age of 55 plus. The reason behind this is that apart from doing yoga daily, he takes special care of his diet. You can also keep yourself healthy and fit by being a little physically active and keeping your diet right. Along with giving yoga training to people, Baba Ramdev also keeps giving information about keeping themselves healthy through Ayurvedic things. He has also helped many people in weight loss and he always says that one should keep one's diet very balanced.
It is not enough that your food is rich in nutrients. Baba Ramdev says that apart from this, it is important to keep many small things in mind, like at what interval have you eaten one meal after the other and how are you taking your morning, evening or lunch, so let us know in details.
Baba Ramdev says that five to seven things related to diet should be kept in mind, like after the evening meal (dinner), there should be a gap of at least 15-16 hours between the food you eat the next day, so try to eat by 6 or 7 in the evening and maximum by 8:00 pm. After this, take food between 10 to 12 the next day. You should try to have dinner by 7 o'clock.
Due to office and school, now lunch is limited to a small tiffin. Baba Ramdev says that it is very important that you keep the sequence of your food correct. First take some salad and eat it by chewing it, later eat cooked food. If you have a craving for sweets, then have some dessert at the end of the meal. Just maximum 25-50 grams. Many times people eat too much sweets after meals and this increases their weight.
Baba Ramdev says that there is a difference between looking good and being good, hence you should eat food which is good for you, because as is the food, so are the thoughts. Due to disturbances in diet, the external elevation and interior of the body gets spoiled, hence include healthy things in the diet. Food should not be eaten just to fill the stomach, or just for the nutrients, but eat it in such a way that you do not feel mentally pressured and there are healthy things in your plate.
Your food should be decided on the basis of Pradosha of Vata and Pitta. When you eat food against the nature of your body, it starts causing health problems. Pitta is nature and if you do not eat food accordingly, it causes problems like sour belching, poor digestion, restlessness, mood swings and skin rashes.
