What is Lateral Recruitment?
Lateral recruitment means hiring an expert or experienced professional directly based on their specialized skills. The RBI needs experts in these fields. These vacancies have been released for this purpose. All these posts are in Grade C.
What are the eligibility criteria?
Different eligibility criteria are required for each of these posts. For the Data Scientist (DIT) position, a Master's degree in Statistics/Economics/Mathematics/Data Science/Finance/Economics or a B.E./B.A tech degree in Computer Science is required. Four years of work experience as a Data Scientist in a financial institution is also mandatory. For the Data Engineer position, a B.E./B.Sc./M.Sc./M.A tech degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electrical and Electronics or MCA/equivalent qualification and 4 years of experience are required.
For the Network Administrator post, a B.Sc./B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc./M.Tech degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electrical and Electronics or MCA and 5 years of experience are required. Bank Jobs 2025: Age Limit
Age Limit: The minimum age for candidates is 25 to 40 years and the maximum age is 40 to 62 years, depending on the post.
Selection Process: Primary Screening/Shortlisting, Document Verification, Interview, Final Selection. There will be no written examination.
Appointment Type: Full-Time Contract Basis
Application Fee: General/OBC/EWS candidates have to submit an application fee of Rs. 600 + GST. SC/ST/PwBD candidates have to pay Rs. 100 + GST.
