What was meant to be a celebratory moment for cinema lovers quickly turned into a traumatising event that has sparked outrage online. Today Prabhas most anticipated film The Raja Saab had its music launch at Lulu Mall Hyderabad. This event which was supposed to unveil the song Sahana Sahana from the film quickly turned chaotic as an uncontrollable crowd swarmed actress Nidhhi Agerwal while she was exiting the event. Videos from the incident went viral soon leaving netizens celebrities and fans alike deeply disturbed by the lack of crowd control and the frightening visuals of the actress struggling to make her way to safety. In the video it can also be seen that the actress is distressed as she struggles to reach her car. In one viral clip Nidhhi can be seen clutching her dupatta tightly while security personnel attempt to push the crowd back and create a safe passage for her. Netizens React As soon as the videos surfaced social media users were quick to react. One user commented “Ufff very bad guys too much” while another wrote “Shame on you all.” Others said “This is bad” and “Seriously this place is crawling with animals.” Besides them Singer Chinmayi Sripada also came forward and reacted strongly to the incident. Writing on X she said “Pack of men behaving worse than hyenas. Actually why insult hyenas? Put ‘like-minded’ men together in a mob and they will harass a woman like this. Why doesn’t some God take them all away and put them on a different planet?” Conversation on Womens Security and More The incident has sparked widespread criticism online with many users calling the crowd’s behaviour dangerous. Several also pointed out the lack of adequate security arrangements at public events and urged organisers to ensure better crowd management to prevent such incidents in the future. While Nidhhi Agerwal hasnt issued any official statement yet visuals have reignited conversations around women’s safety celebrity culture and the responsibility of event organisers. The Raja Saab starring Prabhas has been making headlines ever since its announcement. While the song launch was meant to be a moment of celebration it unfortunately took a chaotic turn overshadowing the film’s promotional event.
