School Timings Changed in This UP District, DM Issues Order

The severe cold weather is at its peak in almost the entire country. Uttar Pradesh is also affected by it. Due to the extreme cold in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, school timings have been changed. An official order has been issued by the District Magistrate (DM) in this regard. According to the order, schools up to class 12 will open at 9:00 AM.

The issued order states, "Considering the cold wave/dense fog in Lucknow district and the weather department's forecast, ensure that classes from 1 to 12 in all schools (schools affiliated with all boards) commence only after 9:00 AM. Strict compliance with this order must be ensured."

School Timings Also Changed in Rampur

Meanwhile, the cold wave continues in Rampur district of Uttar Pradesh, and due to the extreme cold, the school timings for classes 1 to 8 have been changed. An official order has also been issued in this regard. Information has also been shared through a post on the social media platform X from the handle @RampurDm.

According to the order, all government, secondary, and aided schools, and schools recognized by all boards, for classes 1 to 8 will now open from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The order has been issued by the District Basic Education Officer.
