The UPSC has released the final results of the Engineering Services Examination (ESE) 2025.  458 candidates from Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and E&T engineering disciplines have been selected.

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the final results of the Engineering Services Examination (ESE/IES) 2025. This is big news for the candidates who have been waiting for this exam for a long time. Candidates who appeared in the written examination and interview can now check their results on the commission's official website, upsc.gov.in. The final selection list has been released in PDF format, which includes the names of all successful candidates.

Number of Candidates Who Achieved Success

According to the information released by the UPSC, a total of 458 candidates have been selected in ESE 2025. The highest number of selections are in Civil Engineering, where 202 candidates have been successful. This is followed by Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering with 116 selected candidates. 79 candidates from Electrical Engineering and 61 candidates from Mechanical Engineering have secured a place in the final list.

Civil Engineering Toppers

In Civil Engineering, Mohammad Shakib has secured the first position this time. He is followed by Prakhar Shri and Arjun Sharma in second and third place respectively. Bolla Ushneesh Nandan, Keshav, Space Gupta, Tushar Agarwal, Ayush Jain, Aditya Pratap Singh, and Pushpendra Kumar Rathore are also among the top 10.

Mechanical Engineering Toppers

In Mechanical Engineering, Nimesh Chandra has topped the exam. Ashok Kumar secured the second position and Hari Singh the third. Along with them, Rao Siddhesh Shripad, Golangi Satish, Avinash Verma, Prashant Singh, Monu Kumar, Nikhil Kumar Saha, and Amit Kumar Singh have also made it to the top 10.

Electrical Engineering Toppers

In Electrical Engineering, Rajan Kumar has secured the first position. Vishnu Saini is in second place and Om Prakash Rajput is in third place. Besides them, Tushar Chaudhary, Ram Kumar, Punit Meena, Jyoti Krishna Panda, Dampa Achyut Sai Ram Reddy, Dhruv Kawat, and Akshit Parashari are also among the top 10.

Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Toppers

Utkarsh Pathak topped in this subject. He is followed by Rajesh Tiwari and Prashant Lavania. Pradeep Shukla, Ashish Singh Patel, Tanya Tyagi, Palak Mishra, Hayat Ali, Vidhu Shri, and Ram Pal Singh are also among the top 10.

Total Vacancies

A total of 554 posts were advertised under UPSC ESE 2025. These included 251 posts for Civil Engineering, 72 for Mechanical Engineering, 97 for Electrical Engineering, and 134 for Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. Separate reservations were provided for General, EWS, OBC, SC, and ST categories. Special seats were also reserved for candidates with disabilities.
