Not only Ishaan, his 21 year old young teammate Kumar Kushagra also played a stormy innings and scored 81 runs in just 38 balls, which included 8 fours and 5 sixes.
But not only these two, but Anukul Roy and Robin Minz also hit a lot of fours and sixes. Roy scored 40 runs in 20 balls, which included 3 fours and 2 sixes. Before him, only one century had been scored in the final of this tournament, which was scored by Anmolpreet Singh only in 2023. But Ishan Kishan became the first player to do this feat as a captain. Apart from this, he also equaled the record of most centuries in the history of the tournament. This was Ishaan's 5th century in his SMAT career and he equaled Abhishek Sharma.
