ISPL Season 3:  The Indian Street Premier League (ISPL) has shown its dedication to developing new talent and creating possibilities through sport by announcing a sizable prize fund of ₹5.92 crore for Season 3. The media announcement states that the runners-up will earn ₹1 crore and the Season 3 victors will receive ₹2 crore. One brand-new Porsche 911 will be given to the league’s Most Valuable Player (MVP).

Man of the Match honors of ₹50,000 in each of the 44 games will be given to players during the season, totaling ₹22 lakh. With Fan of the Match awards worth ₹20,000 each game, or ₹8.8 lakh, fan involvement is still a top priority. With prizes of ₹2.5 lakh each for Best Batsman, Best Bowler, and Best Fielder, outstanding performances in the championship match will also be acknowledged.

Sachin Tendulkar, Ashish Shelar, Minal Amol Kale, and Suraj Samat are members of the ISPL Core Committee, which continues to steer the league with a long-term vision focused on inclusion, opportunity, and professional development for amateur cricket players.

Suraj Samat, a member of the ISPL’s Core Committee and League Commissioner, commented on the decision, saying: “The ISPL was established with the specific goal of providing financial stability, recognition, and a growth platform to grassroots cricket players. Vijay Pawle’s record-breaking ₹32.50 lakh acquisition demonstrates how much this league values up-and-coming talent. Our dedication to rewarding players not just for winning the championship but also for consistent performances and match-winning effect throughout the season is reflected in a prize fund of almost ₹6 crore. Players are able to consider grassroots cricket as a realistic career path, dream larger, and earn via their talents thanks to this arrangement.

At the Season 3 player auction earlier this month, which saw teams spend over ₹10 crore, ISPL achieved yet another milestone. Vijay Pawle, who was purchased by the reigning champions Majhi Mumbai for ₹32.50 lakh, became the most expensive purchase in the league’s history at the auction, underscoring the increasing monetary importance put on local talent. The Indian Premier League (ISPL) has become one of the most lucrative venues in the country’s grassroots sports industry because to its revenue from auctions, match rewards, and season prizes.

Eight teams—Maji Mumbai, Chennai Singams, Tiigers of Kolkata, Falcon Risers Hyderabad, Bengaluru Strikers, Srinagar Ke Veer, Ahmedabad Lions, and Delhi Superheros—will compete in the third season of the Indian Premier League, which will take place at the Lalbhai Contractor Stadium in Surat from January 9 to February 6, 2026.
