The Border Security Force (BSF) has officially issued the admit cards for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) concerning the Head Constable (RO/RM) positions. Applicants who have submitted their applications for this recruitment can now access and download their admit cards.

To obtain the admit card, candidates should visit the official BSF recruitment portal at rectt.bsf.gov.in and log in using their registration number along with their password or date of birth.

On the examination day, it is essential for candidates to bring their BSF Head Constable PET Admit Card 2025, along with a valid photo ID (such as Aadhaar card, Voter ID, or driving license) and any other required documents to the exam center. Entry will be denied without the admit card and identity proof.

In the recruitment process for BSF Head Constable, candidates must successfully complete both the Physical Standards Test (PST) and the Physical Efficiency Test (PET).

PST: Male candidates are required to have a minimum height of 168 cm, a chest measurement of 80 cm (with a 5 cm expansion), and a weight that is proportionate to their height. Female candidates must meet a minimum height of 157 cm and have a weight that is proportionate to their height.

PET: Male candidates must finish a 1.6-kilometer race within 8 minutes, while female candidates are required to complete an 800-meter race in 5 minutes. Additionally, candidates must meet the specified standards for long jump and high jump.

The written examination for the BSF Head Constable RO/RM is scored out of 200 marks. This test will include questions from various subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, and General Knowledge. It is important to note that negative marking is in effect, with 0.25 marks deducted for each incorrect answer.

1. Go to the official BSF recruitment website at rectt.bsf.gov.in.

2. Click on the link labeled 'HC RO RM Admit Card 2025' on the homepage.

3. Enter your registration number, date of birth, and any other required details.

4. After submitting the information, your admit card will be displayed on the screen.

5. Download the admit card for the PET and PST examination and print it out.
