Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) Recruitment 2025: BEL, located in Ghaziabad, has announced openings for graduate and diploma apprentices for the 2025-26 academic year. A total of 174 positions are available, comprising 84 for graduate apprentices and 90 for diploma apprentices. The deadline for applying for graduate apprentices is December 25, while diploma apprentices must apply by December 30.

Qualifications:
Candidates applying for the Graduate Apprentice roles must hold a BE/B.Tech degree in the relevant engineering fields (Mechanical, Computer Science, Electronics, Civil) from an institution recognized by AICTE or the Government of India. For Diploma Apprentice roles, a diploma in the relevant engineering discipline from a similarly recognized institution is required. Both qualifications must have been obtained after December 31, 2022.
Age Limit:
The upper age limit for Diploma Apprentice applicants is set at 21 years. Age relaxation is applicable for candidates from reserved categories according to government regulations: 5 years for SC/ST/PwD candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, and an additional 10 years for Persons with Disabilities.
How Selection Works:
Candidates for Graduate Apprentice positions will be chosen based on their performance in a walk-in interview scheduled at BEL Ghaziabad on January 16 and 17, 2026. The interview will evaluate both technical and behavioral skills. For Diploma Apprentice positions, selection will be determined by merit in a written examination, which will take place at BEL Ghaziabad in the fourth week of January 2026, focusing on relevant subject knowledge.
