1. According to Sadhguru, take a small amla. Hybrid Amla are also available in the market, but the traditional small Amla is the most effective. Crush it, add salt and suck it. Amla juice should remain in your mouth for a longer time.
2. Another suggestion is to drink warm water four to five times a day. If you want, you can also add coriander leaves, turmeric and lemon juice to it.
