Til Gur Revdi Recipe: Sesame and jaggery taste very tasty in cold weather. It gives warmth to the body and is also beneficial for health. Sesame-jaggery laddus and chikkis are often made, but today we will tell you an easy way to make sesame-jaggery rewari. You can make it very easily at home. So let’s know its recipe.

Material
- White sesame seeds – 1 cup
- Jaggery (grated) – ¾ cup
- Water – 2 tbsp
- Ghee – 1 tsp
- Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
- Finely chopped nuts – 1–2 tbsp

Method
1. First of all, roast the sesame seeds in a pan on low flame until they become light golden and aromatic. Take care that the sesame seeds do not burn. After roasting, take them out separately and let them cool.
2. Now add jaggery and water in the same pan. Melt the jaggery on low flame and prepare one string syrup. To check the syrup, put a little mixture in water. If it settles, the syrup is ready.
3. Add roasted sesame seeds, ghee, cardamom powder and dry fruits to the prepared syrup and mix quickly. After this turn off the gas. When the mixture cools down a bit, apply some water on the palms and make small round balls.
4. Spread the Revdi in a plate and let it cool completely. They will become crispy as soon as they cool down.
5. If you want more crispness, you can also add 1 teaspoon rice flour to it. Always use good quality jaggery, it improves both taste and color.
