Salt- as per taste
Ghee
Water
rye
Urad dal – finely ground
Green chilli-2

Asafoetida- 1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaf
coriander leaves
whole red chilli
Learn how to make Goli Idli
To make Goli Idli, you have to soak rice and urad dal a day before.
Grind it and keep it overnight, so that it can ferment.
After this, next morning you have to mix all these things well and add baking soda in it, so that the idli batter can ferment properly.
After this you have to take idli pan. If you want, you can also take a small bowl for this.
Then put the batter in it and leave it to steam.
After this you have to steam it for 15 minutes and take it out.

You can fry Goli Idli after steaming it which is easy…
When the idli is cooked well, keep it aside to cool.
After this you have to take a pan.
A little ghee has to be applied in it.
Mustard seeds, curry leaves and whole red chillies have to be added to it.
After this you have to put idli in it and add salt and sambar masala.
After this, fry it well and feed it to your children.
