The mystery of the dead body of an unidentified girl found on Manesar Road in Gurugram, Haryana has finally been solved. The body was that of 19-year-old Sushila from Etah district of Uttar Pradesh, who had secretly run away from home to have a court marriage with her boyfriend of another religion. But her brother could not tolerate it and hatched a complete conspiracy to kill his sister. Police have so far arrested two people – Sushila’s real brother Ravindra and his friend Pushpendra.
How did Sushila get trapped in the conspiracy?
What came to light in the police investigation is very surprising. Sushila’s brother Ravindra arranges his friend Pushpendra to call Sushila and trap her by promising to get her love. Pushpendra told Sushila on phone that he would help her and introduce her to her boyfriend. Falling in this trap, Sushila went to meet him on Manesar Road.
As soon as he reached there, Pushpendra first raped Sushila. After this he strangled her with his own chunni and killed her on the spot. Both of them ran away leaving the dead body there.
CCTV revealed the whole secret
After finding the dead body, the police scanned the footage of nearby CCTV cameras. The footage clearly showed that Pushpendra was taking Sushila along. After this, the police caught both of them on the basis of mobile location and call details. Investigation revealed that this entire conspiracy was hatched by Ravindra himself. He had instigated his friend Pushpendra to call his sister and commit the murder.
What are the charges against your brother?
According to the police, a case has been registered against Ravindra for aiding and abetting murder. He not only planned to kill his sister but also prepared his friend for rape and murder. A case has been registered against both of them under IPC sections 302 (murder), 376 (rape) and other serious sections.
