This facility is primarily for government, non-government, private, and foreign institutions (such as colleges and job companies) inside and outside Bihar, who verify the documents of students who have passed the Bihar Board exams.

1. Register – First, register your institution on the portal. Fill in your complete address, type (government/private, etc.), and other details.

2. Log in – After registration, log in with your user ID and password.

3. Upload student details – Enter the number and information of the students whose documents need to be verified.

4. Pay fees online – The software will automatically calculate the fees based on the category. Make the payment online.

5. Verification begins – As soon as the fees are paid, the process will start automatically. The software will automatically decide which officer or department the file should be sent to.

The implementation of the new system will save time. Earlier, it used to take months by post. Now it will be done in just a few days. The system will become more transparent.
