Although this butter also contains fat and hence should be eaten only in limited quantity, but due to nutritional yeast, you will get calcium, iron, vitamin B12 and many other vitamin minerals by eating this butter. Cashew nuts are also rich in nutrients. Also, if you add almond milk or soya milk to this butter, you will also get good fats and plant based protein.
It tastes like traditional butter because cashew nuts provide a nutty flavour, while oil will give it a creamy taste and with salt, its taste becomes even richer. Turmeric gives it a great color. You should store this vegan butter in the same way as traditional butter, that is, it is best to keep it in the refrigerator. It can be used for everything from eating to baking and cooking.
