The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has opened the correction window for the CTET February 2026 application. Candidates who wish to make corrections to their Central Teacher Eligibility Test application form can do so through the correction window on the official CBSE CTET website, ctet.nic.in. Which fields can be corrected?
A list of all the fields that candidates can correct has been released by the CBSE. Candidates can change the spelling of their name, father's and mother's name, date of birth, category, gender, disability category, and the paper chosen (Paper I or Paper II). In addition, academic information and details of the institution from which the degree or diploma was obtained can also be changed. Candidates cannot change their registration number and mobile number.
What is the last date for making corrections?
The last date for making corrections to the CTET February 2026 application is December 26, 2025. Candidates should make corrections to their applications on or before this date.
Finally, keep a hard copy of it for future reference. The CTET February 2026 exam is scheduled to be held on February 8th. The exam will consist of two papers – Paper I will be held in the afternoon shift from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM, and Paper II will be held in the morning shift from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
