Ingredients to make Fruit Custard:
Milk – 1 liter, Custard powder – 2 tbsp, Apple – 1, Grapes – half cup, Pomegranate – 1, Kiwi – 1, Cashew – 10-12, Sugar – as per taste
How to make fruit custard?
- First of all, wash apple, kiwi and grapes with clean water. After washing, cut kiwi and apple fruits into small pieces. After this, peel the pomegranate and keep its seeds in a bowl.
- Now, mix sugar in one liter of milk and heat the milk on low flame. When the milk is boiling lightly, take out half a glass of milk.
- Now add custard powder to the glass of milk and mix it well so that no lumps are visible. Now pour the milk back into the glass. Now the milk has to be boiled until it thickens.
- When the milk becomes thick, turn off the gas and put the milk in a big bowl. After this, keep this bowl in cold and ice water and stir it. By doing this the cream will not curdle in the milk.
- After the milk cools down, take it out in a glass and add all the pre-cut fruits into it. After this, keep these glasses in the refrigerator to cool for about 1 hour.
- After 1 hour, remove the fruit custard from the refrigerator. Now enjoy delicious dessert at night.
