Naagin 7 News: TV world's most popular supernatural franchise 'Naagin' is once again ready to return with its new season. But this time, more than the show, its lead actress i.e. Priyanka Chahar Chaudhary is being discussed. After a long wait of almost three years, finally Priyanka's dream of becoming a 'Naagin' is going to come true. Regarding this entire matter, in a special conversation with TV9 Hindi Digital, Priyanka has exposed the secret which till now was between her and Ekta Kapoor only.
Priyanka told that this story had started during 'Bigg Boss 16' itself. When Ekta Kapoor came inside the house, she whispered in Priyanka's ear - "You are my next Naagin." Priyanka says, "I was very happy at that time, but nothing was officially announced. Naagin 6 was going on and after that the show took a long break. I trusted Ekta ma'am and quietly waited for the right time."

For the last two years, there were continuous reports that Priyanka would be the next Naagin, but the actress kept postponing it every time. Explaining the reason for this, Priyanka said, "Until the official call came from the makers and the work started, I was not in a position to say anything. Ekta ma'am had spoken, but her team was waiting for the process to start. That's why I always denied these reports because I did not want to talk on air."
The biggest good news for the fans is that the release date of the show has been revealed. ,Nagin, The new season is going to go on-air from 27th December. This wait was no less than a test for Priyanka, but Ekta Kapoor's 'promise in her ear' kept her hooked to the show.
