UPPSC Recruitment 2025: The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has announced recruitment for various Group A and Group B posts. A total of 2,158 vacant posts will be filled through this recruitment drive. According to the notification, this includes several important positions, including Medical Officer, Veterinary Officer, Dental Surgeon, Homeopathic Medical Officer, and Health Education Officer.

Selection Process and Pay Scale
Candidates will be selected for this recruitment based on a written examination and an interview. Selected candidates will receive a salary ranging from ₹56,100 to ₹1,77,500 per month, depending on the position.
Department-wise Number of Posts
Under this recruitment drive, positions have been designated for various departments. 404 Veterinary Officer positions will be filled in the Animal Husbandry Department. One Legal Inspection Officer position is included in the Legislative Department. 221 Health Education Officer positions have been designated for the Directorate General of Family Welfare. 26 Drug Inspector positions will be filled in the Food Safety and Drug Administration Department, and 157 Dental Surgeon positions will be filled in the Medical Health and Family Welfare Department.
In addition, 168 Medical Officer (Ayurveda) positions will be filled in the Ayurveda Directorate, 884 Medical Officer (Community Health) positions will be filled in the Ayurveda Directorate, 25 Medical Officer (Unani) positions will be filled in the Unani Directorate, 7 Medical Officer (Homeopathic) positions will be filled in the Labor Department, and 265 Homeopathic Medical Officer positions will be filled in the Homeopathy Directorate.
