Bangalore: Andhra Pradesh government is organizing a two-day drone summit in the capital Amaravati. More than 5 thousand drones will participate in the Amravati Drone Summit to be held in the capital of Andhra Pradesh.
The two-day national summit organized by Andhra Pradesh Drone Corporation will be held on 22 and 23 October. The drone exhibition organized by Drone Federation of India, Ministry of Civil Aviation will be held at Punnami Ghat on the banks of Krishna river. The objective of this conference is to create a platform for industry experts, researchers, students and researchers.
Principal Secretary of Infrastructure and Investments S Suresh Kumar said that the Andhra Pradesh government wants to harness the potential of drones for various applications including surveillance, agriculture and goods transportation. The coalition government hopes that this initiative will create employment opportunities. He said that, the state government is investing Rs.
