India batter Smriti Mandhana set a huge world record on Sunday during the 4th T20I against Sri Lanka in Thiruvananthapuram. The 29-year-old became the fastest woman to score 10000 runs in international womens cricket surpassing former India captain Mithali Raj. Mandhana reached the milestone in just 280 innings while Mithali took 291 innings. Before this match Mandhana had 9973 international runs. The India womens cricket team has won all their matches in the series so far beating Sri Lanka in the first three games to lead 3-0.
