Overview of the Recruitment Process

The recruitment drive covers a total of 1,828 vacancies across multiple categories. These include Assistant Accountant posts under both general and special selection, Auditor posts under general selection in the Directorate of Internal Accounts and Audit, and one Assistant Accountant post in the Uttar Pradesh State Legal Services Authority. After the written examination, results and cut off marks were declared earlier, and 3,475 candidates were found eligible to proceed to the document verification stage.

Release of Document Verification Letters and Forms

The commission has made the document verification letter, along with four additional required forms, available on its official website. Eligible candidates must download these documents by logging in with their registration credentials. It is essential that candidates carefully check the details mentioned in the verification letter, including date, shift, and reporting instructions, to avoid any last-minute confusion.

Document Verification Dates and Shift Timings

The document verification process will begin on January 13 and will be conducted in two daily shifts. The first shift will start at 10 AM, while the second shift will begin at 1:30 PM. Verification is scheduled on January 13, 14, 15, 22, 23, 24, 27, 28, and 29, followed by February 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, and 12.

Up to February 11, documents of 100 candidates will be verified in each shift. On February 12, the first shift will handle 75 candidates, while the second shift will be reserved for candidates who were absent earlier but have received approval for late verification.

Documents Required for Verification

Candidates must ensure that they carry all necessary documents in original along with self attested photocopies. These include all educational marksheets and certificates as per the essential qualifications mentioned in the recruitment advertisement. Reservation category candidates must bring valid caste or category certificates, and those claiming age relaxation must carry supporting documents issued by competent authorities.

In addition to academic and category documents, candidates are required to bring two passport size color photographs. Printed copies of the downloaded document verification letter and other prescribed forms must also be carried, with all required details filled in clearly and accurately.

Identity Proof and Verification Guidelines

A valid photo identity proof is mandatory for the verification process. Candidates must bring the original and a self attested photocopy of an accepted identity document, such as an Aadhaar card. Failure to produce valid identity proof may lead to disqualification from the verification process.

The commission has advised candidates to reach the verification venue well before the reporting time mentioned in the letter. Any discrepancy found in documents may be subject to further scrutiny as per recruitment rules.

Provision for Absent Candidates

Candidates who are unable to appear on their scheduled verification date are provided with a limited opportunity. If such candidates inform the commission’s office in writing by 11 AM on February 12, they may be allowed to appear for document verification in the second shift on the same day. This provision is subject to approval by the competent authority and will be considered only under valid circumstances.

Final Advisory for Candidates

Candidates are strongly advised to follow all instructions carefully, verify their documents in advance, and ensure that all information matches the details submitted during the application process. Proper preparation for document verification will help avoid unnecessary delays and ensure a smooth progression toward final appointment.
