Textile company Nandan Denim Ltd.s stock will be on investors radar on Tuesday December 30 as the company provided significant information in its latest exchange filing just after market hours. The company has informed exchanges that Infomerics Ratings has issued its credit rating on its bank facilities till December 29 2025.
In this the IVR rating of the companys long-term facilities (₹279.74 crore) has been retained as before i.e. there is no change in the rating.
Similarly the companys short-term facilities (₹60 crore) have been reaffirmed with the previous IVR A3+ rating. This means that the rating agency has assessed the companys financial position and repayment capacity as stable and reliable.
The companys stock started the trading session at Rs 2.85 on the BSE against the previous close of Rs 2.91. Last seen the stock was trading at Rs 2.90 a drop of 0.34 per cent from the previous close.
Nandan Denim Q2 FY26 Results
Income from operations fell 7.70% to Rs 786.51 crore in the September quarter (Q2FY26) from Rs 852.17 crore in the year-ago quarter the company said in its exchange filing.
The companys expenses also declined in the September quarter. Nandan Denims expenses in Q2 were ₹778.20 crore compared to ₹840.76 crore in the same quarter a year ago.
If we talk about profit the companys profit in Q2 increased by 7.64% on an annual basis to Rs 9.44 crore which was Rs 8.77 crore in the same period a year ago.
Meanwhile stock market benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty declined in early trade on Tuesday as persistent foreign fund outflows and a muted trend in global equities dented investors sentiment.
The 30-share BSE Sensex dropped 209.32 points to 84486.22 in early trade. The 50-share NSE Nifty edged lower by 63.25 points to 25878.85. In Asian markets Hong Kongs Hang Seng index traded in positive territory while South Koreas Kospi Japans Nikkei 225 index and Shanghais SSE Composite index quoted lower.
