Carrot – 2
Sweet peas – ½ cup
Green beans – ½ cup
Cabbage – ½ cup
Green chilli – 3
Green onion – ½ cup
Garlic – 4 cloves
Ginger – ½ inch
Corn – ½ cup
Black pepper powder – 1 pinch
Red chilli powder – ½ teaspoon
Cornstarch – 1 teaspoon
Salt – as per taste
Oil – as required
Method of preparation
First of all, wash all the vegetables thoroughly and cut them into small pieces.
Chop garlic and ginger finely. Now heat oil in a pan.
When the oil is hot, add green onions and fry lightly for about 4-5 minutes.
After this add all the vegetables and keep frying till the aroma comes.
When the vegetables are lightly cooked, add cornstarch to it and mix well.
Now add water as per requirement and let it cook for about 15 minutes.
After the vegetables are cooked, add salt, black pepper and red chilli.
Cook the soup until it thickens. If you wish, you can also add boiled mushrooms or boiled potatoes to it, this will further enhance the taste.
Switch off the gas and take out the soup in a bowl. Add green coriander on top and serve hot.
