Dhanurasana Yoga Tips: Due to not being able to take proper care of health in a busy life, there is a risk of many diseases. In this, weakness of bones starts happening after a certain age, hence exercise and balanced diet is required for this. Sciatica disease is also one of the biggest and serious diseases and affects every part of the victim’s body. This disease starts from the lower back and causes severe pain till the hip, thigh and leg.
This occurs due to compression or swelling of the largest nerve of the body i.e. the sciatic nerve. To get relief from this problem, apart from medicines or injections, you can take the help of yoga asanas.

Its regular practice reduces pressure on the sciatic nerve, strengthens the spine and provides relief from pain.
Here the method of doing Dhanurasana has been explained. This yoga should not be done without the supervision of a yoga instructor. To do Dhanurasana, lie down on your stomach, hold the heels of your feet with your hands and raise your chest and thighs, bend the body like a bow. Initially hold for 10-20 seconds and gradually increase.
