Students will also have to pay more money
The increase in ticket prices has also affected students. Where earlier students used to get tickets to Amer Fort for Rs 22, now they will have to pay Rs 50. According to the Archeology and Museum Department, ticket rates have been increased after almost 10 years. The department says that this decision has been taken with the aim of better maintenance of the monuments, strengthening the security system and providing better facilities to the tourists.
